The App lets you draw competitors, name them, and enter them in virtual sporting events. Drawings, competitor names, competition results, records, and app settings associated with these features are primarily used to provide and save functionality on your device.
Unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise and requests any required permission, the App does not intentionally ask you to provide information such as your real name, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
The App requests system permissions only when they are needed for a particular feature. The purpose of a permission will be presented through the applicable iOS permission interface. You can manage granted permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Refusing an optional permission will not affect unrelated core features.
Relevant data is used to provide App functionality, such as saving competitors you create, recording competition results and personal records, restoring app settings, and improving your in-app experience.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law, necessary to protect legitimate rights or safety, or necessary to provide a specific feature that you choose to use.
Locally generated data is generally stored on your device. You may delete applicable content using deletion features provided by the App. Uninstalling the App will generally remove data stored in the App's local sandbox, although data retained by iOS, backup services, or copies you have exported may not be affected.
The App is not designed for the purpose of collecting children's personal information. If we become aware of circumstances requiring action under applicable law, we will take appropriate measures.
If a future version introduces analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, advertising, or other third-party services, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect the actual data practices and provide any notices or permissions required by applicable rules.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we process. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App's features, legal requirements, or data practices change. An updated effective date will be shown when a revised policy is published.
